Complaints
The Police Integrity Commission Act 1996 was amended on 1 July 2008 to allow
the Police Integrity Commission to investigate misconduct, corrupt conduct
and criminal conduct by current and former officers of the NSW Crime
Commission (section 5B (1-3)).
