Complete this form if you have a question about making an application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 ('the GIPA Act).
The NSW Crime Commission will respond as soon as possible. The NSW Crime Commission respects privacy and manages personal information carefully and in accordance with relevant legislation.
Information held by the Commission which relates to its investigative functions cannot be accessed via a GIPA application because it is excluded from release by law. The GIPA Act 2009 and the Crime Commission Act 2012 have specific provisions which either prohibit or limit the public release of such information.
