Fees
The processing fee of a subpoena issued to the New South Wales Crime Commission is $71 per subpoena.
How to pay
The fee of $71 must be paid in the form of either:
- a cheque made payable to the “New South Wales Crime Commission” to the amount of $71. The cheque should be attached to the subpoena to which it relates at the time that the subpoena is served; or
- cash to the amount of $71. The cash should be in an envelope attached to the subpoena to which it relates at the time that the subpoena is served.
How to Serve Subpoenas
Subpoenas and the attached $71 fee should be served personally at the front office of the NSW Crime Commission (453 – 463 Kent Street, Sydney) in accordance with rule 33.5 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW).
