Fees

The processing fee of a subpoena issued to the New South Wales Crime Commission is $101 per subpoena.

How to pay

The fee of $101 must be paid in the form of either:

• cash to the amount of $101. The cash should be in an envelope attached to the subpoena to which it relates at the time that the subpoena is served, or
• A bank transfer made to the Commission's account. Please email accounts@crimecommission.nsw.gov.au for the bank account and reference details.

Payment by cheque will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Serve Subpoenas

Subpoenas and the attached $101 should be served personally at the front office of the NSW Crime Commission (453 – 463 Kent Street, Sydney) in accordance with rule 33.5 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW).
