Annual Report

The NSW annual reporting legislation requires all statutory bodies and departments to prepare and present to Parliament an annual report containing both financial and non-financial information on their operational activities. The NSW Crime Commission’s Annual Reports are prepared for presentation to State Parliament in accordance with the New South Wales Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985 and Crime Commission Act 2012.

In addition to fulfilling the reporting requirements under these Acts, the NSW Crime Commission's annual reports outline achievements and developments within the reporting year.
